This song was originally titled "tea in twos & threes". It is about a panic inducing pseudo-erotic dream I once had. And love triangles, I guess. And tea. In this version I tweaked the end a bit here to include a piece of one of my favorite early tnvw songs "the newfound interest in connecticut". And yes, the title is a homage to the band.
