about

This song is an uncomfortable one. It never appeared on a proper full length, but I did record an alternate version for the “Black Cat B-S” session. I can’t remember what my plan was for this track but I think it was supposed to be released on a compilation or something that never panned out. This song was written years after I moved out of Vermont, but was written about my old roommate and friend, Josh. The song is inspired by his journals and supposed to be from his perspective, or at least what I perceived his perspective to be from what I had read. I can’t remember why I wrote it, if he asked me, or if I just decided it would be an interesting experience/challenge. The world may never know.
