This is the earliest recording on this collection. It pre-dates even the project itself. It was a break up song I wrote and put at the end of a mix cd, as a last ditch attempt I guess. I was and still am a very selfish person, but I have learned a lot since then, at least I like to think I have, even if I don’t always act accordingly. At the time, writing acoustic songs wasn’t anything I wanted to do. I wanted to write instrumental noisy post rock songs. So I think it is funny that I came out with this. A song that would later inspire the rest of my catalogue. I’m just thankful I am able to still call the person who I wrote this song for a friend, half of my lifetime later. Thank you for still believing in me <3
